REVOLUTIONARY LOVE

Revolutionary Love gives purpose to action and drives action towards purpose. It grounds and motivates the work for radical change in individuals, classrooms, the school, the community, and the larger society that is designed to control us.

IDENTITY

Identity grounds the Homie journey towards authentically knowing oneself, fully self actualizing, and being able to engage in communion with the world around them in ways that are true to self.

SELF-DETERMINATION

Self-Determination drives our Homie community and collective power towards developing its cultural, political, and economic independence and unique identity that is free from outside influences that seek to dominate and control us.

PUTTING IN WORK

Putting in Work is a Homie ethic grounded in a clear and critical socio-cultural-political analysis that is aimed towards relentlessly improving and building up our inner selves, our skills, our community, our organizations, our understanding of society, while leveraging 21-feet ladders that we build in order to overcome 20-feet walls.
